Treat yourself to a Friday evening of relaxation and fun before the holiday season kicks off! Join Lauren for an hour long practice- including guided breathwork, gentle movement, and restorative postures - the ultimate gift to yourself! Following restore, we pour! The Buzzed word will be joining us with a selection of wines to enjoy - including a selection of mindfulness books to browse and shop post class. The Modern Graze will be providing post class snacks!  

Recipe for the ultimate blissful Friday night you deserve!

Exchange: $30 and includes the yoga class, post class glass of wine from The Buzzed Word, and small bites from The Modern Graze.

Yoga and Your Shoulders

Your shoulder is the most flexible joint in the body- but this also can make it one of the most vulnerable to injury. This two hour workshop focuses on the structure, musculature, and movement of the shoulder. Students will learn how to keep the shoulder strong, flexible and healthy within the yoga practice. Attendance will qualify current teachers for 2 CEU hours with Yoga Alliance.

Join us to experience 60 minutes of restorative yoga with massage! Dawn and Jami will tag team to bring you the ultimate peace. This class will relax mind and body giving you the opportunity to find serenity in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Massage will be provided while surrendering in the restorative postures. Leave the stress behind and begin to melt away.
